Adrian Rodriguez, the Jamestown man arrested Tuesday and charged with solicitation of a minor by computer, and dissemination of harmful material to a minor, now is charged also with 33 counts of thirddegree sexual exploitation of a minor after the execution of a cellphone search warrant.
According to the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office, Rodriguez, 31, of 403 Cloverbrook
Drive, was found with numerous images and videos of children engaged in various sex acts.
Sheriff’s detectives conducted an undercover online social media investigation and arrested Rodriguez in a parking lot in Saxapahaw, where he believed he would be meeting a minor.
Rodriguez was then accused of disseminating a video by social media, and soliciting an undercover officer who he believed was a 13-year-old girl.
He was held on $500,000 bond. Additional charges may be placed as the investigation is ongoing.
